Booking and shipment responsibilities
By booking a courier, cargo or logistics service with One Extreme Cargo India, customers agree to provide correct shipment details, complete contact information, accurate package weight and clear handling instructions. Restricted, illegal, hazardous or improperly declared goods may be refused or delayed.
Transit times depend on pickup location, destination, service availability, transport mode, weather, customs checks and other operational factors. Customers are responsible for suitable packaging unless a separate packing service is requested.
Charges, duties, taxes, surcharges and return costs, where applicable, must be paid as agreed before or during shipment processing.
